Q: HOW  DO I GET A USERNAME AND PASSWORD SO I CAN START LISTING HORSES AT RACINGQUARTERS.COM?
A: Click on PLACE AN AD, fill out the form. 
After submitting the form you will have the opportunity to Register for your Username and Password. 


Q: I JUST REGISTERED FOR MY USERNAME & PASSWORD BUT, HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSWORD YET, WHY?
A: If you have not received your password within 5 minutes of submitting your New Account information, either:
 1) Your email address was typed in incorrectly. 
    WHAT TO DO:
    a. CONTACT US so that we can send you your password.  
    b. Go to EDIT ACCOUNT and re-enter your correct email address. 
     
 2) -Or- An email spam blocking service (such as AOL & Hotmail) is preventing you from receiving your mail.
    WHAT TO DO:
    a. Check your "Spam/Junk/Bulk email" folder. If you find an email from RacingQuarters.com, 
       select it and then press the "Not Spam" button.
    b. Then, add support@racingquarters.com as a contact to your address book: 
       1) Open your email software and go to your email Address Book. Press Add Contact. 
       2) Enter 'support@racingquarters.com' (without the quotes) in one of the email address fields. 
       3) Press Save.


Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD?
A: 1) Your Username cannot be changed unless you Register again. 
   2) Your Password can be customized and changed at anytime, by going to EDIT ACCOUNT.


Q: I FORGOT/LOST MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I GET IT?
A: Go to LOST PASSWORD. Enter your Username and email address.

 Q: MY PHOTO/VIDEO HAS BEEN EMAILED TO IMAGES@RACINGQUARTERS.COM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PHOTOS/VIDEO TO APPEAR WITH MY AD?
A: Please allow up to 2 business days for your images to be processed and to receive your email confirmation.
*If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days please contact us.


Q: MY PHOTO WAS 'TOO LARGE' WHEN I UPLOADED MY AD, HOW DO I GET MY PHOTO/VIDEO TO APPEAR WITH MY AD? 
A: Please send all digital media (photos, video and YouTube links) with your USERNAME, AD NUMBER and AD CATEGORY to images@racingquarters.com
   *All digital media MUST include your Username, Ad Number and Ad Category to ensure prompt and proper placement.


Q: I WOULD LIKE TO ADD (OR CHANGE) A PHOTO (OR VIDEO) TO MY CURRENT AD, HOW DO I DO THAT?
A: To add additional photos/video, click on ADD PHOTO/VIDEO. 
   *After submitting your payment, please send photo/video file accompanied by your USERNAME, AD NUMBER and AD CATEGORY to: 
   images@racingquarters.com.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO OR DELETE MY AD? (i.e. Change ad text, price, change ad to SOLD, etc.)
A: To make immediate (free and unlimited) changes to your ad at anytime:
   1) Click on your ad.
   2) Scroll to the bottom of the ad.
   3) Enter your Password
   4) Select 'Edit Ad' to make changes or 'Delete Ad' to remove your ad from the site.
   5) If you selected 'Edit Ad', make your changes and then click 'UPLOAD CHANGES' to immediately publish your new changes.
*CAUTION: If you select 'Delete Ad' your ad will be permanently removed from the database!  


Q: WHEN I TRY TO EDIT MY AD, I CANNOT CHANGE THE PEDIGREE, OR OTHER HORSE INFORMATION. WHY?
A: These fields are searchable data fields in the RacingQuarters.com database and cannot be changed by the user once the ad has been posted.
*If you need to make corrections to this information please contact us and we will manually make the changes for you.


Q: CAN I RENEW MY EXPIRED AD(S) WITHOUT RE-TYPING THE ENTIRE AD FORM OR UPLOADING MY PHOTO(S) AGAIN?
A: Yes. As long as you did not Delete your ad. Simply, have your username & password ready and click here ---> RENEW EXPIRED ADS
